COLUMBIA - Mr. John C. Turk, 82, died Monday, July 1, 2013. Born in Buffalo, N.Y., he was a son of the late Roswell and Alice Cobb Turk. He attended Nichols School in his early years and then attended Colgate University in Hamilton, N.Y. where he received his bachelor's degree. Mr. Turk served his apprenticeship in architecture at Taliesin in Scottsdale, Ariz.
