Mayfield passed away on Tuesday, June 4, 2013.
Mayfield was a resident of Orangeburg, South Carolina at the time of his passing.
He was preceded in death by his wife Shirley.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, June 7, 2013 at Dukes Harley Funerals Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Crestlawn Cemetery with Military Honors.
