Samuel passed away on Friday, May 24, 2013.
Samuel was a resident of Sumter, South Carolina at the time of his passing.
Graveside services with military honors will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, May 25, 2013 at Draytonville Baptist Church Cemetery with Dr. Ron Taylor officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the cemetery. The family will be at their respective homes.
