Carolyn passed away on Tuesday, May 21, 2013.
Carolyn was a resident of Camden, South Carolina at the time of her passing.
A memorial service to celebrate the life will be held at 1:00 PM, Saturday, May 25, 2013 at Kornegay Funeral Home, Camden Chapel. The family will speak to friends and family immediately following the service.
Memorials may be made in Carolyn's memory to Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital, 2200 Children's Way, Nashville, TN 37232.
