Robert passed away on Monday, November 26, 2012.
Robert was a resident of Barnwell, South Carolina at the time of his passing.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, December 1, 2012 at Smith-Reagan Funeral Home in Rutledge, TN. Burial will be in the Kitts Family Cemetery in Washburn, TN. The family will receive friends Saturday from 1:00-2:00PM prior to the service at the funeral home.
