Mrs. Loretta Phillips Cudd, of Laurens, died Sunday, November 4, 2012, at Martha Franks Baptist Retirement Community in Laurens. Born March 17, 1921 in Greensboro, North Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Josephine Bray Phillips.
