COLUMBIA Dottie Watkins Lloyd Craft, 103, passed away Thursday, August 30, 2012, at Lexington Medical Center after a short illness. Mrs. Craft was born on December 2, 1908 in Columbia. She was the daughter of the late Robert Coleman Watkins and Harriett Eugenia Hadley Watkins, both of Columbia.
