COLUMBIA - Major James Lee Spratt, U.S. Army (Ret.), age 91, died Monday, July 2, 2012 at the Agape Hospice House in Columbia. Private burial with full military honors will be in Fort Jackson National Cemetery. A memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m., Friday, July 6, 2012, at North Trenholm Baptist Church.
